If there’s one rule to follow when it comes to eating healthy, it’s “the fresher, the better.” It’s no secret that we want to eat healthier, while still enjoying the food we eat. Unfortunately, there are hundreds, if not thousands of marketing ploys used to try to get us to buy food that seems healthy, but actually isn’t. To make things easier, we’ve created a list of 12 new health foods you probably haven’t yet heard of.  That means you can expand your grocery list to include even more foods that are good for your body, while avoiding foods that aren’t.
